Conscious effort into eating appropriately, moving well, recovering, and appreciating will allow you to positively affect your self, and others. By respecting and being good to our selves, we are inherently respecting and being good to the earth and all of life.
My hope is that learning and doing leads to a more concrete experience, where you are letting your body and mind work smarter, then harder, to be successful in the things you do.
